A rarity: A remix of an INXS song that doesn't suck. A lot of them destroy the feeling of the original track, often leaving no trace of the original left in the remix itself. This extended mix is quite ethereal in some parts and played in nicely with the lyrics of the song. It did tend to lag in some parts, so this edit was an attempt to streamline the mix and move it along. Probably my most favourite INXS remix for several years running.

Nice rework of the original remix. I have used the Pete Lorimer Extended 12" Mix of Disappear as 'ambient/mysterious/attention getting' music for the introduction to my amateur magic show for a number of years. Ironically, I usually am making items 'appear' during a song called 'disappear,' but no one seems to have picked up on the inside joke (so far).
